I have the SRS Designation, SRS stands for Seller Representative Specialist - it is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.
My purpose is to be a positive and enduring influence to the lives that I touch. I live and work with genuine integrity, respect and consideration. From 1982 until 1995, I worked the mortgage side of Real Estate as a loan closer; processor; loan analyst and coventional underwriter. My experience gives me solid knowledge when giving Sellers a comparative market analysis. I have seen so many markets! Whether a Buyer or a Seller it would be my honor to help you.
